The owner of Strikeforce has been in the construction industry since 1982 and played a large part in construction on idyllic landmarks in London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent areas, fully understands the trades surrounding the use of scaffolding, ie, roofers, painters, decorators, bricklayers, plasterers, air conditioning and other trades. Whilst working for major companies he noticed the quality of scaffolding companies needed a better quality care and trades men. Strikeforce started with family values that are very important to Michael and he wanted to bring this to our company. Strikeforce is family run, but hopes that who they employ will follow the loyalty, respect and quality we aim for.

We don't accept any mistakes from our scaffolders who will work beside us.

Regular inspections while the work is being erected, and strikes are constant.
Scaffold inspections weekly while the scaffolding is up also will be carried out.
Compiling with construction or control measures, wearing full PPE at all times.
All Staff are trained to meet health and safety requirements daily.
